Be thankful..............Craft-DeeBowz design team challenge.

Good morning everyone! It's pretty chili here in Georgia. I have coffee in hand as I am posting this. Today is my posting day, over at Craft-DeeBowz our challenge this month...........Our colors are Brown, Fall Orange and Cream. Our theme is Thanksgiving with a Multi Colored Bow.

Card recipe:
5 X 7 card base
layered with designer paper with oval cut out Spellbinder Ovals
layered with cream card stock  cut out and embossing with Spellbinder embossing folder
embellished with twigs and leaves by Memory Box
handmade flowers by McGill and Punch Bunch punches
stacked Multi Loop and Multi Colored bow created with Craft-DeeBowz bow maker

Hello there...............A Craft Dee Bowz Design Team challenge!

Donna over at Craft-Dee Bowz gave the design team a challenge with a sketch. Our colors to use were........Yellow, Red Black Plaid with any bow type, as long as we use our craft-deebowz bow making tool of course.

Inspiration Thursday.............A challenge!

Happy Thursday everyone! This has been a good week. I had fun looking for some inspiration and I found a good one over at http://mojomonday.blogspot.com Go check it out! They have great sketch this week.

Anyway, here is the card I came up with.

This is a 5x5 beige c/s base

layered with designer paper

with an off centered wide strip of designer paper

spellbinder nestabilities shapes for left side of card

a strip of ribbon at top right with a brad tag

and of course being a design team member of Craft-Dee Bowz, I couldn't finish this card without adding a beautiful bow made with the wonderful Craft-Dee Bowz bow maker. Valentine Be Mine

Hello there! It's Friday again! Can you believe it? I hope you had a good week?

I have been working on Valentine's cards all week. This is the most Valentine cards I have ever done. I've been having fun working on all sorts of challenges.

 My camera wasn't able to pick up the details on this card. There are a lot of different textures. I used two different cuttlebug folders and a couple of different spellbinders.

 I'm sorry,I tried to take a picture from two angles, hoping that you can see the dimensions. It still doesn't do it justice. Oh well, that's the best I can do. 

I'm so glad you visited today. I hope I have given you some inspiration. Now go and get started on those Valentine cards!

Little Cutie

It's Monday again, and I've done another challenge. This handmade card is a little cutie. I made this card with four challenges in mind. One was a sketch, one was a color, one was a size, and the other one was adding lace. This card is what I came up with.

It's Thursday, and another weekend is upon us. Can you believe it? The days are just flying by.

I have a lot going on this weekend. My mom is coming for the day tomorrow, I'm going to visit with a friend Friday night and we are going to the Christmas Made in the South convention in Savannah Georgia Saturday morning, and Sunday morning my husband and I are going to my youngest daughter's house  in Ashville North Carolina for Thanksgiving. Wow! That's a lot of going. Pray that we have safe travels.

Now, on to this card. I changed up a little bit. I didn't do a Christmas card this time. I needed a break, just for a couple of hours.
I made this handmade card mainly for a couple of challenges. Lexi's Creations and Colour Create are for starters, but I will be adding it into several challenges for sure.
