Back to School...................Blog Hop!

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Craft-DeeBowz blog hop. We have a lot of talented ladies on our team, but this month we have a guest designer Vicki joining us on this hop. We were given the challenge of creating something with back to school in mind. This is what I came up with.......................

 My granddaughter had her birthday and first day of school this past week , so with the hop in mind, I created this card/mini scrapbook page for her.

 Donna, with craft-deebowz supplied us with lots of ribbon and great embellishments from Recollections and Studio G.

and of course the project wouldn't be complete with out a bow using the wonderful Craft-Dee Bowz bow making tool.

Hello there...............A Craft Dee Bowz Design Team challenge!

Donna over at Craft-Dee Bowz gave the design team a challenge with a sketch. Our colors to use were........Yellow, Red Black Plaid with any bow type, as long as we use our craft-deebowz bow making tool of course.

Inspiration Thursday.............A challenge!

This is a 5x5 beige c/s base

layered with designer paper

with an off centered wide strip of designer paper

spellbinder nestabilities shapes for left side of card

a strip of ribbon at top right with a brad tag

and of course being a design team member of Craft-Dee Bowz, I couldn't finish this card without adding a beautiful bow made with the wonderful Craft-Dee Bowz bow maker. Toilet Paper Roll Mini Album

Hi everyone! Can you believe it?..............Summer is almost gone already! I hope you all are enjoying family and friends during this time and making lots of memories.

I've really been enjoying my grandchildren and it's kind of sad to realize they will be back in school soon, then I want be able to spend as much time with them.

Today I want to share a first! I have never created a toilet paper roll mini album before today. I had a lot of scrap pieces of paper and ribbon and a lot of this and that, so I thought I would put it to good use.

The Good Life!

Hi everyone! This is my week to post my project over onto the Craft Dee Bowz blog.

I created a 6x6 beach layout. I hope you like it!

 The challenge was...........beach theme, use colors tan and blue, multiple loop bow and to use the products that UsArtQuest provided.

The Dicro Fibers gave the effect of the light house being in a fog, which was kind of neat!

The bows on the flip flops were made with the Craft Dee Bowz bow maker. It's a double loop bow with the loops cut dove tail style.

Happy Fourth of July!

Hi everyone! I hope y'all have great fun planned with family and friends, this Fourth of July? There is nothing better than spending this holiday with the ones you love and to remember what Independence Day is all about.

I just want to take a few minutes to share this Fourth of July scrapbook layout. I hope to put pictures of my grandchildren on this L/O of the festivities of the day. We will see!

I accented the page with double loop bows, with the loops cut dove tail style. I created this to give the effect of fire works. The bows are made with the Craft Dee Bowz bow making tool.
