MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

Hello and Merry Christmas to all! I'm sorry I haven't updated my blog in a while. It's been crazy around here and I'm just getting caught up enough to write something. This will be my last post until after the New Year. I want to thank you all for visiting my blog and for all of your support the past few months, while I was trying to figure this blog thing out. Of course I had help. Thanks Bonnie and Marie! Most of all, I want to wish everyone a Blessed Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!

Boy do I feel like a dummy! I just tried to post the wrong card for the Justrite challenge. I'll try it again!

Merry little Christmas...............

I made a card today for the Justrite challenge. It has to be any type of celebration card, Holiday, Birthday, New Year's, and of course I had to choose Christmas! At least these challenges are helping me get my Christmas cards done. So, I'm okay with that! I hope you like it!

PAWWS Weekend............

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago about a four day weekend. Well, let me share a little of it with you. I'm a member of an online Yahoo group called PerfectFriends. We met a couple of weeks ago in Richfield Ohio. We had a blast! We stamped, shopped, laughed,played, and shopped some more! I took several pictures and hopefully I'll be able to upload them. We played some games that were funny. Some of the ladies tried to teach us how to dance. But for the most part, we worked on our Christmas cards. There are some very talented ladies in this group. I'm proud to say I'm a part of it. Oh yeah! by the way! Now this was very funny!!!! We all loved this one! Gina had it going on! She won! She was the first to get all of her ping pong balls out of the tissue box. You Go Girl!!!!!

I'm having so much fun! I've been working in my studio all day. I needed to get a lot done because It's back to work tonight! Here is one more card that I put together for a couple of challenges.

Fall is Beautiful

I entered a challenge for Justrite the other day, and I did something wrong and I tried posting it again, thinking it didn't go through. Well, anyway to make a long story short, I messed it up somehow. So, I'm entering another card for the challenge. Here we go....................

Hey everybody! Well, I've been checking out the different challenges, and I found one. Here is a card I did for the Justrite challenge. This is the first one I've ever entered. Trying to figure the ins and outs of how to upload to their blog. Wish me luck!

Great four day week-end!!!!!

Hi to all! Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. I have been preparing for my trip to Richfield Ohio. I am a member of an online yahoo stamping group called Perfect Friends, and twice a year there is a meeting place. One in the spring and one in the fall.Most of the time it's in the Ohio or Pensylvania area. We all made reservations at the Quality Inn and Suites there in Richfield, and we all pitched in and rented one of the banquet rooms so we could set up and play for four days. It was wonderful! I met so many wonderful ladies that I was finely able to put a face to the names. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, even food. Yes, there was a restaurant in the motel, which was very reasonable. We also did alot of shopping. Oh yes! Shopping! I went to several scrap and stamp stores. Archivers, Hobby Lobby, Pat Catan's, Michael's, and Hollo's Paper Craft store to mention a few. We did get some stamping done, believe it or not. I will have some cards and pictures to share a little later. Just wanted to say hi, and share my trip with you all. Thank you for stopping by. Fall is in the air

1) Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves brayered onto stampin-up glossy card stock , and stampi-up oak leaf stamp layered onto misc. card stock.

2) This card is done with all stampin-up materials except the brass templet I used for the texture on the cardstock.

3)&4) Are a combination of things.Punches, twine, designed papers, and stampin-up stamps except the bounty of the season.

I've been working hard on new fall cards. I hope you like them? They are older stampin-up sets. I still like them, so I still us them. Thank you for stopping by.

It is so nice outside. Fall is in the air, that's for sure. I just had to come inside and create a card to post. With the brisk air and the colors outside, I wanted to create something that showed my mood for the day..........I think I did that, don't you? This is one of my most favorite times of the year, because you don't need the AC anymore and it't not cold enough yet, for the heat. I Love It! I hope you enjoy your day too?
